Accra, Dec. 2, GNA – The National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Friday congratulated farmers and fishermen for their sacrifices and hard work.
A statement issued in Accra on the occasion of the National Farmers’ Day celebration said: “We, wish to state that the NDC fully appreciates your role in the country’s economy in view of the constraints and challenges – limited access to land, credit facilities, training and water, especially women who have always been at the centre of production and marketing of farm produce.”
