The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Manso Adubia in the Ashanti Region, Benjamin Marfo miraculously survived an accident that could have taken his life.
He had a close shave with death when his car somersaulted into a ditch at Asankesi near Konongo. It is not clear how the incident happened.
Mr Marfo who was traveling with another lady Parliamentary candidate both sustained minor injuries. Other road users who witnessed the accident rushed to the aid of the victims and helped to get them out of the damaged car as they had been trapped.
