The North America Chapter of the National Democratic Congress will hold its Biennial Congress from June 19 to 21, 2009 in Washington DC. Delegates from branches across the United States and Canada will participate in various events including the election of new officers for the next two years.
The program will be climaxed by an evening dinner dance and victory celebration to be attended by delegates and invited guest; during which the newly elected officers will be sworn into office. Non-delegate branch members and NDC sympathizers are encouraged to attend the evening event from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM. New membership registration will be open for those interested in joining the NDC.
