The NDC Nordic (Sweden & Finland) Branch had its local congress at the weekend in Stockholm. The meeting was chaired by the Branch ‘s Chairman Micah Kissi . He said they would have liked to be present at the forthcoming National Delegates Congress on December 21 but due to unforeseen circumstances have taken up the option to vote by Proxy if that is accepted by the National Executive Committee.
