NDC New Congratulates President Mahama For Superb Performance

The NDC New York branch wishes to congratulate His Excellency President Mahama for his outstanding and exciting performance at the IEA encounter with a group of Ghanaians. As we watched through live streaming from afar, we felt the nostalgia and the home-sickness and wished that we were among our NDC kith and kin, cheering him in the auditorium. Nevertheless we were really elated by the superb analysis the president rendered in his answers upon questions relating to the various sectors of the Ghanaian economy.
President Mahama, as the first ever sitting president to participate in the debate has undoubtedly impressed viewers in Ghana and abroad. It is estimated that thousands of people viewed the even live via the internet. And a brief opinion sampling that our media and research team conducted over the internet and the social media, reveals how a lot of Ghanaians voters, and the undecided expressed their excitement and willingness to vote for him and the NDC.
With this encounter and the impending debates, the Ghanaian electorates can now easily see which of the candidates is credible and which candidate is merely making wild promises in an aggressive and desperate bid for power with utopian ideas and unrealistic pronouncements.
For the information of the NPP, a lot of those who voted for them during the last elections, have declared their intentions to vote for the NDC, due to the fact that they have seen the sincerity of President Mahama. As was the case during yesterday’s event at the IEA, many Ghanaians are proud that in President Mahama we have an African leader whose demeanor, character, personality and grasp of the issues is excellent and intelligent . Simply put President Mahama a breath of fresh air in the leadership of Africa..
Husseini Y. Baba AlWaiz, Press Secretary, NDC New York
