NDC members must resist attempts to disenfranchise them

Begoro (E/R), Sept. 11, GNA- Members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have been advised to resist any attempt from any quarter to disenfranchise them in the December Presidential and Parliamentary elections.

The Fanteakwa constituency Chairman of NDC, Mr Christopher Narh, gave the advise at a meeting with a cross-section of party supporters at Begoro on Friday.

Mr Narh said information available to him indicated that there were some political opponents in the constituency who had resorted to buying voters identity cards to influence the conduct of the December election. He said NDC would win the elections in the constituency and that no manipulation of the electoral process could change the minds of the electorates.
