NDC leaders worked underground to cause our defeat – Bukom Banku

Braimah Kamoko, popularly known as Bukom Banku has stated emphatically that the big men and ministers in the National Democratic congress worked underground to cause the party’s defeat.

Bukom Banku revealed this in an exclusive interview with Ghanaweb.com on Monday 12th December.

It will be recalled that in the run up to the 2016 general elections Bukom Banku was one of the many celebrities who endorsed and campaigned for the out-going president John Dramani Mahama.

According to Braimah Kamoko, his sources on the ground revealed that the Ministers and some leaders in the party who feel sidelined by the Mahama administration strategically worked against him.

According to him, these people went to electorates and told them that they should vote against president Mahama because there is no money in Ghana and that people are hungry.

The obviously very sad Bukom Banku said he is still in shock for the loss because he knows Mahama did a lot of work but he also believes that what is written is written and that one day Ghanaians will see that John Mahama is the best person for Ghana.
