National Society of Collegiate Scholars Inducts Ghanaian

University at Albany—- Adobea A. Debrah-Dwamena of New York accepted membership in The National Society of Collegiate Scholars and will be honored during a campus ceremony this fall at University at Albany.

The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) is a highly selective, national, non-profit honors organization. Founded in 1994, NSCS recognizes first and second year undergraduate students who excel academically.

The Society was established on the principle that with scholarship comes a responsibility to develop leadership and a duty to perform service.

“NSCS provides the opportunity for students, like Adobea, to be recognized for their outstanding academic accomplishments early in their college experience’, said Steve Loflin, NSCS Executive

Director. “Adobea will also have the opportunity to join other high achieving college students in developing leadership skills and a sense of civic responsibility”.
