The minister, who is responsible for tertiary education, made this known at the 21st congregation of Valley View University during, which 2,530 graduates were awarded various degrees.

Mr Ablakwa said national security ongoing investigation into the examination scandal that rocked West African Examination Council has given a clue to where the leakage started and that all those involved have been arrested.

He pledged government commitment to deal with the culprits in order to woo back public trust in the conduct of the basic examination.

He said the security officials would be in charge for the entire chain of the West African Examination Council, including selection of exam questions, printing of papers and distribution throughout the period as part of government effort to enhance security.
