National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sweden Branch

SOLIDARITY GREETINGS

The National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sweden Branch, wishes to extend our heartfelt messages of best wishes to the National Executive of NDC, and the entire membership of the NDC family on the occasion of this years NATIONAL DELEGATES CONGRESS slated for the 21st to 23rd December, in the nation’s capital, Accra.

To the National Executive, needless we remind you that the successes you have achieved since assuming the mantle of leadership of our great Party is widely admired by all within and outside the great ‘KATAMANSO’ family.

Majority of us Ghanaians are now looking up to you in earnest to deliver us from the current state of hopelessness and misrule by our political opponents!

Mindful of the fact that this years Congress is not a competition between us, but an all important exercise for us to choose our ‘GENERAL’ for the 2008 Presidential and Parliamentary elections, it suffices to say that all hands are needed on board now, and after this Congress more than ever before; because the real ‘battle’ is still ahead!

As democracy is about choice and the wishes of the majority, we would also like to take this opportunity to call on all the great KATAMANSONIANS who have offered their time and resources seeking the mantle to lead and to serve our great Party and Country, but may not be given the nod from our august delegates to close ranks with who ever emerges as leader. Your inability to win the slot should not be translated as a barometric measure of what we think about you. While acknowledging that you are ALL competent and qualified to lead our flock and Ghana to salvation, there can only be ONE leader! Therefore we wholeheartedly acknowledge all the contestants and we thank you for your contribution to further the great KATAMANSO family to greater heights!

We salute you for your selfless services to the Party and mother Ghana! We wish you all gathered there in Accra a very colourful and successful Congress!

A y? zu !!! Ken Dechor Chairman, NDC, Sweden Branch
