Nana Konadu meets FONKAR over Owusu Bempah’s BNI invitation

The Former first Lady, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings has been in a crunch meeting with some members of her political support group “Friends of Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings” (FONKAR) over an invitation given to one of her sympathizers Ernest Owusu Bempah by the Bureau of National Investigations.

Mr. Owusu Bempah who is the Director of Operations of the group had alleged on radio that first lady Naadu Mills received five million dollars of the 51 million Ghana cedis judgment debt paid to embattled businessman Alfred Woyome by the state.

Sources within the office of the Rawlingses have told XYZ News that Mrs. Rawlings has been in a long meeting with Mr Owusu Bempah and Other FONKAR Members including the group’s National Coordinator Emmanuel St Osei and the Organiser Charles opoku over the matter.

They are deliberating on whether Mr Owusu Bempah should honour the BNI invitation or not.

XYZ News has learnt that Mr. Owusu Bempah has gotten bank statements of the alleged transaction between Mr Woyome and the first Lady which he intends to tender in as evidence to prove his allegation. **
