Nana Akufo-Addo’s full speech at NPP thanksgiving ceremony

President-elect Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo delivered a “magnificent” speech at the NPP thanksgiving service held at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

In his speech, President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo appreciated the efforts of his Vice-Presidential candidate Dr Bawumia, the First lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo, wife of the Vice-President-elect Samira Bawumia and all those who contributed in diverse ways to the success of the December 7th, 2016 election.

The thanksgiving ceremony was attended by many leading members of the party and thousands of party sympathisers who came to join the NPP give thanks to God for the victory.

Many party enthusiasts at the stadium were clad in white and gave the president-elect and his vice a “majestic” welcome to the ceremony.

The president-elect Nana Akufo-Addo also remembered the role played by the departed souls of the party and prayed for Gods guidance and success during his tenure
