Nana Addo preaches free SHS in Church

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has sent his Free Education Policy campaign to some churches in Accra.

Nana Akufo Addo worshipped at some churches at Adenta as part of his tour of the Greater Accra region on Sunday September 2.

He told the congregation that his desire to make education free from the primary to Senior high school level is in response to God’s call on man to be empowered.

“The way to self reliance, the way to our identity and our capacity to show the world, all of it is because we are empowered by the almighty to go forward” Nana Addo said.

He added that “an important part of empowerment for us is education that is why I am saying everywhere that I want to broaden education in our country and make it possible for everybody to get education in Ghana.

“That is why I am proposing free secondary education for all our children so that they can all go to school”.
