NABUSCE gets computers, electronic typewriter

Nsawam, Sept. 20, GNA – The Lackham College in Wiltshire UK, has donated electronic typewriters and desktop computers worth about 20 million cedis to the Nsawam Advanced Business College (NABUSCO) in the Akuapem South District of the Eastern Region at the weekend.

Mr. Samuel Owusu-Akonnor, Principal of the school, who presented the items on behalf of the College.

Mr and Mrs Peter Morris of Wiltshire UK, through whose contacts the items were procured, appealed to the College authorities and the students to put the equipment to good use to enable them to become computer literate.

Receiving the items, Mr Israel Koranteng, the proprietor of the College who is also the Omanhene of Bowiri Amanfro Traditional Area in the Volta Region under the stool name Nana Kwame Adom V, commended the donors for their kind gesture and appealed to other philanthropists to support the College.
