Muslims in Winneba celebrate Eid Fitr

Winneba, Oct. 23, GNA – Mr. Samuel Owusu Adjei, the Member of Parliament for Effutu, on Monday appealed to Muslims in Winneba to register with the National Insurance Scheme. Mr. Owusu-Adjei made the call when he joined Muslims in the Winneba to mark their Eid Fitr at Winneba.

He urged them to ensure environmental cleanliness to avoid the outbreak of diseases.

Alhaji Gebrem Abubakari, Chief Imam, leading them in prayers urged them to continue to live in peace and let the fasting guide them in the days ahead.
