MTN adopts ‘No Tribe Foundation’

Ho, July 8, GNA – MTN, a leading telecommunication company in the country has adopted the No Tribe Foundation, a Keep-Fit Club at Ho, the Volta Regional capital as a 93Community User Group”. The Club is to assist MTN in rendering some social services and carry out educational campaigns on health and other issues to the people in the various communities of the region.

Mr Maxwell Authur, Segment Controller, MTN-Ghana said this during a familiarization visit and interaction with members of the Club at Ho.

He said the initiative was to get closer to the people and thank members of the Club and other subscribers of the network for their loyalty over the years.

“It is a way of giving back to society and we are happy to work with you to reach the larger society,” Mr Authur said. Mr Frank Asempa, Founder of No Tribe Foundation said the initiative would promote sanitation and encourage the people to undertake reforestation among other social activities.
