Mpasatia PTA undertakes projects for school

Mpasatia (Ash), Feb 12, GNA – The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the Mpasatia Secondary/Technical School has agreed in principle to contribute a bag of cement per student per term towards the construction of a fence wall around the school as well as the expansion of infrastructure to ease congestion in the school.

Mr C. K. Gyamfi, chairman of the association, said this at a meeting of the association at Mpasatia at the weekend. He said it was important to assist management of the school to ward off encroachers from the school premises.

Mr Kwasi Adu-Gyamfi, Headmaster, said staff of the school had vowed to do their best towards maintaining the current academic standard in the school.

He expressed satisfaction at the level of discipline in the school and appealed to the parents to foster closer relationship with the school authorities to ensure sustainable discipline.
