MP supports GNA with Office Equipment

Kumasi, Aug. 18, GNA – Mr James Adusei Sarkodie, Member of Parliament (MP) for Atwima Nwabiagya, has presented office equipment to the Kumasi Office of the Ghana News Agency (GNA). The items were a computer, three electronic typewriters and a manual typewriter.

Mr Sarkodie said the items were his personal contribution towards efforts to equip the GNA with the relevant tools for efficient service delivery.

The MP said he was impressed by the accuracy and objectivity of the Mr Sarkodie appealed to the media to be more circumspect, fair and balanced in their publications as the political parties gear up for next year’s general polls.

“Let us play our roles responsibly to help stave off unnecessary tension and confusion in the run up to the elections”.

Mr Kofi Asetenah, the Ashanti Regional Manager of the GNA, who received the equipment on behalf of the Management, expressed gratitude to Mr Sarkodie for the assistance.

“This presentation has come as a huge relief to the Kumasi Office,” he said.
