Mother Smith School ICT Centre inaugurated

Kumasi, Aug 10, GNA – An Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Centre for the Mother Smith International School at Kyirapatre, a suburb of Kumasi was on Monday inaugurated. The school authorities bought the 25 computers at the centre at 60 million cedis.

Inauguration the centre, the Reverend Osei Kwame, National Treasurer of the New Testament Assembly, said it was put up to equip the children with knowledge on computers as “we are in the computer age”. He advised the pupils to desist from watching pornography on the computers at the expense of their studies, adding that watching such films could attract one to indulge in pre-marital sex, which he said could jeopardise their future.
