Mother burns daughter, 13, for wetting the bed

A class six pupil of the Manuel Methodist School in Akim Oda in the Eastern region has been burnt by her mother for wetting the bed.

Rose Adjei, 13, received the harsh punishment from her mother Saturday, May 14, 2016, at about 11:27am.

Mrs. Eunice Oduro, 39, Kasapafmonline.com learnt, subjected her daughter to the heinous crime because she has consistently been wetting the bed.

It is however, not clear what she used to burn the daughter.

A relative to the family, this website is told, rushed the 13-year-old girl to the Akim Oda General Hospital where she is reported to be receiving treatment and is in stable condition.

Madam Eunice Oduro, according to eyewitnesses has since been arrested by the Police.
