MLGRD donates TV set to Ho leper village

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD), and the Office of the Administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) has donated a television set to the inmates of the cured leper village in Ho.

The presentation was done on behalf of the two offices by Mr. Isaac Kodobisah, Ho Municipal Chief Executive (DCE) on Friday.

He told the joyous recipients that the provision was in fulfillment of promises made by Mr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, when he visited the village in the company of the Common Fund Administrator about two months ago.

He said other promises made during the visit which included a solar power propelled water system, street lamps and feeding grant support would also be provided.**
