Ministry of Interior declares Wednesday a public holiday

The Ministry of The Interior has reminded the general public that Wednesday, March 6, 2013 which marks Ghana’s Independence Anniversary, is a statutory public holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country.

This was contained in a statement signed by Mr. Kwesi Ahwoi, the Sector Minister and copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Monday.
