Ministry declares Friday public holiday for Eid-Ul-Fitr

Accra, Sept. 6, GNA – The Ministry of the Interior on Monday declared Friday, September 10, a statutory public holiday for the celebration of Eid-Ul-Fitr, the Muslim festival to mark the end of Ramadan. This was contained in a statement signed by Mr Martin Amidu, the Minister for the Interior.
