A Ghanaian delegation led by Mr. Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, Minister for Information and Presidential Affairs was in Cote d’Ivoire last Thursday to express the gratitude of the President Mr. J.A. Kufuor to the Ivorien President Mr. Laurent Gbagbo for his support of the candidature and election of Dr. Mohammed Ibn Chambas as ECOWAS Secretary General.
