Minister urged religious groups to use dialogue

Sekondi, March 7, GNA 97 The Western Regional Minister, Mr. Paul Evans Aidoo, has appealed to religious groups to use dialogue to resolve their differences instead of violence. He said the court was a legitimate avenue for settling disputes and appealed to them to co-exist peacefully with everyone irrespective of one= ‘s religious belief.

Mr. Aidoo said this at a meeting with Christian and Muslim leaders in the Region in Sekondi.

The meeting was held to deliberate on the upcoming National Thanksgivin= g Service that would be organised throughout the country from March 11 to 13 to pray for peace, prosperity and God’s blessing for the nation. The theme for this year’s Thanksgiving Service is: 93Ghana, Arise, A= ct and Shine”.

The Regional Minister appealed to all religious groups in the Region to actively participate in the Service to make it a success.
