It was unsightly on Monday at the construction site of the overpass to link Spintex Road and East Legon following a scuffle involving the Deputy Minister of Roads and Highways, Anthony Karbo.
He was on an inspection tour to ensure that there are no impediments to the contractor for the project.
But it appeared businesses in that area did not take likely a two-week ultimatum given them to vacate.
