Mills to visit Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Togo

Accra, April 6, GNA – President John Evans Atta Mills begins a two visit to of Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Togo on Tuesday to meet with their leaders, an official statement signed by Mr. Mahama Ayariga, Presidential Spokesperson, said in Accra on Monday. The statement said President Mills would meet President Laurent Gbagbo of Cote d’Ivoire, Blaise Compaore of Burkina Faso and Faure Gnassigbe of Togo for bilateral talks bordering on matters of sub-regional security, trade and economic integration. President Mills’ first foreign trip was to Nigeria where he attended an ECOWAS summit.
