Mills to pay first working visit to Burma Camp

Accra, June 23, GNA – President John Evans Atta Mills will on Wednesday pay his first working visit to Burma Camp as Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) during which he is expected to roll out his government’s programme for the GAF and situate the institution in the government’s “Better Ghana” agenda.

A statement issued by Mr Koku Anyidoho, Head of Communications at the Presidency, said President Mills would inspect and address a parade. It said there would also be a tree planting exercise before President Mills’ interaction with officers, men and women as well as civilian employees at the Burma Hall.
