Mills Sacks Ashie Moore By Phone

The Deputy Director of the National Service Secretariat (NSS), Mr. Nii Ashie Moore has been given the sack from his office via a simple phone call from the seat of the presidency!

Yesterday on Asempa fm, news had it that Nii Ashie Moore has been given the sack by Mr. Vincent Kuagbenu, Director of the NSS who is currently in the Ashanti Region for a workshop.

Confirming the news, Nii Ashie said he got a call from his boss at exactly 3:15 pm who informed him that the President had told him (Kuagbenu) to release him from his position.

Nii Ashie claims that his boss went ahead to inform him to park his official car and leave it with the transport officer in the next 20 minutes.

When asked by the host of the program whether he was given any letter relieving him of his post, he answered in the negative saying nothing of that sort happened but just a call.

“I will go to the office tomorrow God-willing because I have to do a proper handing over,” Nii Ashie Moore said.

When Mr. Kuagbenu was contacted he said he was in conference with education heads and regional heads of the NSS and cannot answer to strange questions which he does not have know anything about.

“You and your station needs to be serious,” was what he told the host following which line went dead.
