Mills resumes working tour in Greater Accra Region

Accra, Oct. 10, GNA – President John Evans Atta Mills resumes his regional tours on Tuesday, October 11, with a tour of the Greater Accra Region.

During the three-day working tour, President Mills will visit, Accra, Tema, Ga West, Ga East, Ga South, Ledzokuku, Adenta, Ashaiman, Dangme East and West District/Municipal/Metropolitan Areas. A statement issued in Accra on Monday by Mr Koku Anyidoho, Head of Communications, Office of the President, said during the three-day working visit, President Mills would inaugurate completed projects and inspecting on-going projects.

These include road construction around the Polo Grounds to open up the Spintex Road; Community Clinic at Amanfrom; Taifa-Kwabenya road and three-storey boys dormitory at Ghanata Senior High School, Dodowa. The rest are; Nungua Polyclinic; Teshie Beach Road, MiDA Project at Mallam Junction; NHIA office complex at Ridge; New Composite Plant at Adjen Kotoku and the Kpone Landfill Project.

The statement said President Mills’ next visit would be to the Volta Region to be followed by the Central Region. President Mills has already toured Upper East, Upper West, Brong Ahafo= , Northern, Western, Eastern, and Ashanti Regions.
