‘ Accra, Oct 24, GNA – President John Evans Atta Mills on Monday said he had accepted an invitation to visit Cuba at the instance of the Cuban President Raul Castro.
The invitation was contained in a special message from the Cuban leader through his Vice, Mr Estaban Lazo Hernandez, when the latter called on President Mills at the Osu Castle in Accra, as part of a four day official visit to Ghana.
