Methodist Church undertakes clean up exercise

Brakwa (C/R), March 4, GNA – Members of the Methodist Church last Tuesday undertook a clean up exercise in various communities as part of the activities marking the inauguration of the Brakwa Circuit of the Church.

The societies of the Church at Brakwa, Kokoso, Fosuansa, Jamra, Towoboase, Amanor, Afofosu and Asantem took part in the exercise. The other communities were Adandan, Eshiem, Ogonase, Ofabir and Otabilkwaa.

They weeded and swept around Church buildings and principal streets and desilted gutters.

At Brakwa, the members filled the potholes on the road in front of the Church leading to the Mission House known as Manse. The Very Reverend Mercy Osei, Superintendent Minister urged the members to work hard to move the new circuit forward.
