Members of Akatsi Assembly confirms Nortsu-Kotoe

Akatsi, April 28, GNA – Fifty-one out of the 52-member Akatsi District Assembly present at its meeting at Akatsi on Tuesday confirmed Mr Peter Kwasi Nortsu-Kotoe, 52, a Tutor at Accra Academy as Akatsi District Chief Executive. Mr Nortsu-Kotoe a former DCE for a brief period in 2000 expressed gratitude and pledged to galvanise support for government’s programmes to improving the living standards of the people. Mr Edward Doe Adjaho, Member of Parliament for Ave-Avenor urged Mr Nortsu-Kotoe to be fair and ensure his decisions stood the test of time. The assembly also elected Togbe Samlafo IV, a Chief of Avenorpeme as its Presiding Member. 28 April 09
