The Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) for Adentan, Madam Kakra Van Lare, has been caught on film destroying posters of President John Dramani Mahama.
The shocking incident happened last week after Ms Vanlare got up one morning to realize that posters of the presidential candidate for the ‘Better Ghana’, President John Mahama had been plastered all over her beautiful green walls as she enjoyed a sound sleep in the night.
Incensed, Madam Van Lare, in the company of some residents in her house, stormed outside and proceeded to destroy all the posters of President Mahama.
It is unclear what problems she has with President Mahama, but the speed and alacrity with which she destroyed the posters demonstrated clearly that she is not very happy about the presidential ambitions of her boss.
Ms Van Lare was appointed by the late President Mills, but has continued to serve under President Mahama.
Others have suggested that the lady was unhappy because she did not think that the ‘Better Ghana’ aspiration was a good enough reason to destroy her beautiful green walls.
