Married couples assist Goaso Hospital

Goaso (B/A) Feb. 1, GNA – Mr Kwasi Sarfo Kantanka, a United States-based Ghanaian and his wife, Cindy Sarfo Kantanka, at the weekend jointly presented hospital equipment and assorted medical items worth 50 million cedis to Goaso Government Hospital in Brong Ahafo. The items included stethoscopes, dressing materials, Xeroform and duoderm.

Presenting the items, Mr Kantanka, a citizen of Gambia Number Two in the Asutifi district, appealed to other Ghanaians living abroad to assist their people especially in basic health care delivery. Receiving the items, Dr. Badu Sarkodie, District Director of Health Services, expressed gratitude to the couple and pledged that the items would be utilized for the intended purposes.

The couple work in different hospitals in Portland in Oregon State, United State.
