Market complex inaugurated at Gomoa Obuasi

Gomoa Obuasi (C/R) Sept.2 GNA- The District Chief Executive for Gomoa, Mrs Joyce Aidoo has inaugurated a 200 million cedis, market complex for the people of Gomoa Obuasi.

The market project, which was project initiated by the community, was completed by the District Assembly.

Mrs Addo also used the occasion to launch a 50 million cedis Education Endowment fund.

She commended the people for their communal spirit, which she said had led to the execution of a number of social amenities by the District Assembly.

The chief of the town, Nana Afadu Essel I, appealed to the people to place the development of the town above their personal considerations.
