Manhunt for a Ghanaian man who steals at conferences

Information available to YEN indicates that a man, who is referred to as Kojo Smith, attends events, only to take items away.

His modus operandi, according to information available is to attend top events in town, familiarize himself with persons present, and then take items when others are busily engaged in conversations.

He was allegedly caught on camera a few days ago, participating in a health conference in Accra.

Per the information gleaned from cameras at the venue, he appeared to have left with a bag containing valuable items such as a laptop, car keys, passport, driver’s license and some undisclosed documents.

Sources add that he commits such acts in a professional manner, and is rumoured to be working with accomplices.
