A man whose identity is yet to be established has allegedly inflicted machete wounds on a 33-year-old man, Osei Kofi for dating his girlfriend.
It was gathered that the suspect was said to have found out his victim was also dating his girlfriend. He confronted him to know why he was dating the same girl.
According to an eyewitness account the suspect a small scale miner, caught the victim together with his girlfriend coming out from a bar, where the two had reportedly gone to drink.
The argument led to a fight resulting in the suspect inflicting wounds on the head of the victim. He is currently on the run while the victim is on admission at the hospital.
