Man, 78, stabbed to death in Kumasi

A 78-year-old pensioner Tony Adomako has been murdered at the Coconut Guest House in Kumasi in the Ashanti region.

The incident according to the family of the deceased, occurred Monday evening. According to reports, Mr. Adomako who owns the Guest House was murdered during a power outage in the Kumasi metropolis.

Mr. Adomako died at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital few minutes after he was rushed there for treatment.

Victoria Hayford granddaughter to the deceased in an interview with Ultimate FM’s Isaac Bediako Justice said she received a call in the morning that her grandfather had been stabbed and was at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

According to her, she arrived at the hospital only to be told that her grandfather had died from the stab wounds.
