MampongHene filed for Judgement to be given in the case on thursday when Defence Team failed to file their defence until the case was in progress on thursday.

The court presided by Justice Asare Korang, consequently awarded cost of two million cedis against the Daily Dispatch for the late filing of their defence. The date for hearing of the case would be fixed later.
