The Spokesman of the erstwhile Armed Forces Revolutionary Council (AFRC) who left the country after the AFRC handed power to Limann PNP will soon be in the news.
Major (rtd) Boakye Djan broke this piece of news to the Ghanaian Voice in a telephone conversation on Monday 3 June. The retired army officer, who was in ecstatic mood when the paper reached him said he was excited at his homecoming. He spent most of the time asking of some of his old students who he taught at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) while in the country.
After 23 years of his sojourn in London, he was not forthcoming on whether he will appear before the National Reconciliation Commission and asked the Voice why people are talking so much about June 4 now.
