Mahama nominates MCE for Tema

President John Dramani Mahama has, in accordance with Article 243(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 20(1) of the Local Government Act 1993, Act 462, nominated Mr. Isaac Ashia Odamtten as the Metropolitan Chief Executive for Tema in the Greater Accra Region.

Meanwhile, the president and his wife are in Atlanta, Georgia to deliver a lecture on Democratic Governance and Development in Ghana at the Kennesaw State University.

This will be the president’s third lecture after his interaction with faculty, students and alumni of the Columbia and New York Universities.
