Mahama keeps using “Big English” while we still suffer

The founder and leader of Ghana Freedom Party [GFP], Akua Donkor has said she will prefer a president well-versed in any of the local languages to an English speaking one.

She described herself as a competent person who is ever ready to salvage Ghana from its economic crisis which has left the citizenry in real hardship if voted as first ever “uneducated-president” of Ghana.

Madam Akua Donkor however accused President John Dramani Mahama of using big grammar to explain issues concerning the state yet she sees no improvement.

She stated this in an interview with Peacefmonlone.com after calling on Ghanaians to accept and feel proud of the local dialects and use them frequently no matter where they find themselves.

“The President must address us in our local dialect…sometimes we don’t understand his big grammar,” she said.

Speaking in Twi, Madam Donkor indicated Ghana is abound with a lot of resources and should not be in economic crisis, adding that she had solutions to the current economic downturn that the country was going through.

Commenting on her political career, Madam Donkor says she is re-strategising to contest again in 2016 and that this time nothing is going to stop her from entering the race.
