German born Ghanaian superstar Boris Kodjoe has commended President John Mahama for his role in women and girl child empowerment.
According to the famous actor, the Ghanaian leader must be praised for his efforts at fighting child marriages in Ghana.
In a Facebook post Thursday, the ‘Soul food’ actor wrote: “Meeting with Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama. Great man who sees tremendous value in the empowerment of girls and pushes hard to end child marriages in Ghana. “When you educate a woman you are effectively helping the community…”
Meanwhile,President John Mahama is yet to arrive home after he left for the 70th UN General Assembly in United States.
He has, as part of his trip, visited France and met with the French President Francois Hollande.
