Lufthansa airline to train Ghana airways staff

Lufthansa Airline, will early next year send five experts from Ghana Airways to Germany to understudy its business operations.

The airline is also willing to bring down experts from Germany to train the staff of Ghanair marketing, financial, technical and other departments for a fee.

Mr. Micheal Wurche, Lufthansa General Manager and Director, who made the offer at a press briefing in Accra, said that with the excellent relationship they have with Ghana Airways, it is important for them to lend support to resuscitate the airline. He added that, part of the two-year training programme would take place at the Lufthansa offices in Accra and Lagos.
