A London-based group, calling itself Ghana and Overseas Railway Engineers (GORE), has threatened to assassinate Mr Martin Burrow, the Director of United Rail International, if he accepts to rehabilitate and manage the railway sector.
In a fax to Graphic, dated April 15, 2005, it said,
