Madina (G/A), Feb. 19, GNA – A six and half year old boy was crushed to death when a school wall broke and fell on him on Wednesday, February 16,2005.
Master Maxwell Frempong, a pupil of the Calvary International School at Madina was playing with his mates on the school compound when the broken wall fell on him, killing him instantly.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency, the Madina District Police Commander, Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr Kwabena Antwi-Boasiako said the accident occurred when Master Frempong and his colleagues were playing near the wall, when it fell on him on February 16, 2005 around 13:30 hours.
Mr Antwi-Boasiako added that, the body of the deceased has been deposited at the Ghana Police Hospital morgue for autopsy.
