Life goes on: Pastor consoles Mahama with dance moves

It was a different mood on Sunday as the President, John Mahama and his entire family clad in “all white garments” danced before the congregation at a thanksgiving service at the Ringway Assemblies of God Church in Accra.

Contrary to what people would expect, the President and family had their own version of a thanksgiving service as they joined the Leading Pastor of the church who exhibited some remarkable dance moves before the congregation to praise God.

The 9th of December 2016 was not a very great day for President Mahama as he lost the Presidential seat to his opponent Nana Akufo-Addo. Minutes to the official declaration by the Electoral Commission, the President did the honorable thing by conceding defeat and congratulating the NPP Flagbearer through a call he made.

President John Mahama reportedly gave the congregation a hint about his plans to take a leave for a period at the service on Sunday.

“I have no immediate plans, I haven’t taken a leave for three years so I will take a leave……Ghana is a great country…”
