Let’s pray for Cote d’ Ivoire

Ho, Dec. 25, GNA-Reverend James Noble Tulasi, Head Pastor of Jubilee Christian Centre, Ho, on Christmas Day exhorted Christians to pray for peac= e to prevail in neighbouring Cote d’Ivoire. He said the political situation in that country called for 93praying without ceasing” and charged Christians to show their love by praying for “peace and tranquility” to prevail there. Rev. Tulasi gave the exhortation in an interview with the GNA in Ho. He said: 93things become better with prayers” and called on Christi= ans to put a stop to the 93too much talk on the situation and seek the face of God on behalf of that country”. “We have brothers and sisters there and cannot afford to be silent f= or the devil to have his way there”, Rev. Tulasi stated. He quoted Proverbs Chapter 21 verse I, which says 93the Kings heart i= s in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases” and expressed the hope that when Christians come together and pr= ay, God would listen and touch the hearts of leaders there for peace to prevail= .. He suggested that Christian groups organized prayer sessions to seek the face of God for that nation to return to calm.
