Let’s fight against poverty – Samira Bawumia

Second Lady Samira Bawumia has charged Ghanaians especially the youth to work towards achieving the universal goal of the fight against poverty.

Samira Bawumia was speaking during the African Union Day celebration in Ashanti Region when she encouraged Ghanaians to rise above challenges confronting their economic wellbeing.

She added, “government is committed to providing opportunities to the youth of Ghana”.

“Today I present a simple message to our youth. A message of hope, a message that says it is never too late for us to rise above our challenges and find lasting and sustainable solutions to them. It is not too late to work towards achieving the goals we have set for ourselves and fight for prosperity” she said.
